Hello, our names are Kevin and Patricia and we have been happily married for eleven years. Our story began when we were introduced to one another by our immediate family members. It turned out that my brother was dating Kevin’s sister and after being ‘just friends’ for six years, we decided it was time to go on our first date. We were both working in New York at the time so we agreed to go out for an exciting night in the city. We were pleasantly surprised when things did not turn out as planned and we found ourselves sitting all alone in a restaurant, eating, talking and laughing together. It was that night when we realized we had something very special. Our wedding was a huge celebration and we started our lives together with hopes of raising a wonderful family.
We have one beautiful daughter named Caitlin. She is seven years old and she is the joy of our lives. We have tried unsuccessfully for five years to have more children and now have decided that adoption is the next natural path to take to grow our family. Our daughter is delighted with our decision and she is waiting patiently for a brother or sister to share her life with.

| Family Life |
|
Our family life centers on Caitlin and our very large extended family. If you add up all of Caitlin’s Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and cousins, the head count totals a mind boggling thirty-six people. Add in the fact that we all live only thirty minutes from one another and what you get is the ‘not-your-average’ birthday party, holiday gathering or quiet weekend barbecue.
Along with our Irish Catholic traditions and strong family values, we plan on passing on our love of nature to our newest family member. Outdoors, you will frequently find Caitlin pointing out, and picking up, every insect, worm, frog or salamander that she discovers. Inside the house we have Wrigley the cat, Goldie the goldfish, Pearl the cockatiel, Freddy the frog and our three hermit crabs, Shrimpy, Flash and Buster.

| Lifestyle |
|
It was ten years ago when we purchased our dream home. A nice four bedroom colonial located in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood. Our favorite feature of the house is the backyard. Not only is it big enough to fit our swimming pool, brick patio and swing set. It still has plenty of room for the occasional soccer match or wiffleball game.
All of our favorite activities involve the outdoors. We love to crab, fish, hike, bike, ski, boogie board, play soccer and baseball, swim and canvas the earth for shells, rocks and bugs. We are a fun loving, energetic group that feel the best way to participate in all of life’s adventures is to do it together as a family.

Adoption

|
We are excited about building our family through adoption. We are open to sending letters, emails and pictures to update you as time goes by and would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss any topics that may have not been covered here in our online bio or in the portfolio at the agency.
